3. Any special conditions, such as parking restrictions, limited access, or time constraints.
Based on the information you provide, we may give an estimated price or an indicative quotation. The final price may be confirmed on arrival, once our team has assessed the actual volume, weight, and nature of the waste. If the actual load differs significantly from the description provided, we may revise the quotation accordingly.
A booking is considered accepted when we confirm a date and time window for the collection, either verbally or in writing. We will use reasonable efforts to attend at the agreed time, but time is not of the essence and we are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, access issues, or other factors beyond our control.
You are responsible for ensuring that our team has safe, reasonable, and lawful access to the site, including suitable parking for our vehicle. If we incur parking charges in order to carry out the Services, we may add these charges to your invoice. If access is obstructed or unsafe, we may refuse to carry out the Services or may charge additional fees to cover waiting time, alternative arrangements, or an aborted visit.
You must ensure that any necessary permissions, permits, or authorisations for access, loading, or parking on private or restricted land are obtained before our arrival.
You confirm that you either own the waste to be removed or have full authority from the owner to arrange its removal. You agree to indemnify us against any claim from a third party alleging that the waste did not belong to you or that you had no right to dispose of it.
You are responsible for ensuring that the waste to be collected is clearly identified and separated from items you do not wish us to remove. Our team may ask you to confirm which items are to be taken. We are not liable for the removal of any items that were not clearly excluded or that could reasonably be considered part of the intended load.
We operate in accordance with relevant UK waste management legislation and guidance. We will transport and dispose of waste only at authorised facilities and aim to reuse or recycle waste where reasonably possible. We may issue a waste transfer note where required by law or regulation.
You must not provide or conceal within the waste any prohibited, hazardous, or restricted materials. If we discover such materials after loading, we may offload them or require you to arrange alternative specialist disposal at your own cost. Any breach of waste regulations by you may result in additional charges or reporting to the relevant authorities.
All prices are quoted in pounds sterling and may be subject to value added tax where applicable. Our pricing may be based on factors including volume, weight, type of waste, labour time, access difficulty, and any additional services requested.
Unless agreed otherwise in writing, payment is due in full on completion of the Services. We may accept cash, card payments, or bank transfer, subject to availability and any conditions notified to you at the time of booking. For commercial customers, we may agree account terms, in which case payment must be made within the period stated on the invoice. Late payments may incur interest and recovery costs as permitted by law.
We reserve the right to request a deposit or full prepayment prior to carrying out the Services, particularly for larger jobs or commercial contracts. If you fail to pay any amount due, we may suspend or cancel further Services and may take reasonable steps to recover the outstanding sums.
You may cancel or reschedule a booking by giving us as much notice as possible. If you cancel a booking with less than 24 hours notice, we may charge a cancellation fee to cover our administrative and scheduling costs. If our team arrives at the property and is unable to carry out the Services due to lack of access, absence of an authorised person, unsafe conditions, or other reasons beyond our control, we may charge an aborted visit fee.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a booking due to vehicle breakdown, staff illness, adverse weather, safety concerns, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. In such cases, we will attempt to agree a new time and date with you, but we are not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from such changes, provided we act reasonably.
If, upon arrival, the scope of work differs from that originally described, we may revise the price or time estimate. Where possible, we will agree any changes and additional charges with you before proceeding. If you do not accept the revised quotation, we may decline to carry out the work and, where appropriate, charge a call-out fee to cover our costs.
We may make minor adjustments to the Services in order to comply with relevant safety or legal requirements, or to improve efficiency and environmental performance, without prior notice, provided that such changes do not materially reduce the overall value or quality of the Service to you.
We will exercise reasonable care and skill in providing the Services. Our liability to you for any loss or damage arising out of or in connection with the Services is limited as follows.
We are not liable for any loss or damage that results from inaccurate information you have provided, inadequate access, or your failure to comply with these terms. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or for normal wear and tear. You should remove or protect any fragile items, floor coverings, or fittings that could reasonably be affected by the movement of waste or equipment.
In the event that we cause damage to your property due to our negligence, you must notify us in writing as soon as reasonably practicable and in any event within seven days of the Service. We may request evidence and an opportunity to inspect the damage. Our total liability for direct loss or damage, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the price you paid for the Services, except where such limitation is not permitted by law.
We do not accept liability for any indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, loss of business, or loss of opportunity, whether foreseeable or not. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
You must ensure that no personal items of value are left in or on items to be removed. This includes documents, money, jewellery, devices, or sentimental items. Once waste has been loaded onto our vehicle, it may not be possible to retrieve individual items. We do not accept responsibility for any loss of items that were left within waste you instructed us to remove.
We may collect and process your personal information for purposes related to booking, providing, and invoicing the Services, and for basic administration, record keeping, and compliance with our legal obligations. We will keep your information secure and will not sell your details to third parties. We may share your information with our employees, contractors, insurers, and professional advisers as reasonably necessary for the operation of our business and performance of the Services.
If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our Services, you should contact us as soon as possible to explain the issue. We will investigate your complaint and, where appropriate, may offer to remedy defects, provide a partial refund, or take other reasonable steps. Raising a complaint does not entitle you to withhold payment for undisputed sums.
We may update or amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The version in force at the time of your booking or at the commencement of the Services will normally apply to that particular job, unless a change in law or regulation requires otherwise. Any variation to these terms requested by you will only be valid if confirmed by us in writing.
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found by a court or competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remaining provisions, which shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.

You and we agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions, their subject matter, or formation, including non-contractual disputes or claims.
